Social Work can help you in various ways, depending on your needs. Social Workers provide counseling, connect you with resources, advocate on your behalf, and assist you in navigating life's challenges.

At Vital Insight we conduct an analysis of your situation, develop a plan and work side-by-side with you to remove barriers and achieve your goals.

Do you accept NDIS clients?

Yes! NDIS participants are funded under the item line:

Improved Daily Living - Capacity Building (15_621_0128_1_3)

Important: Select NDIS as the funding option when completing the Referral Form. This will automatically adjust the form for NDIS clients.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions can be held in various locations and is planned by the Social Worker following the first meeting. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may be held in outdoor areas (parks, basketball courts, soccer fields etc), schools, or other community settings.

In-home visits are arranged if it aligns with the client’s goals and circumstances.

Who can complete a referral?

We welcome referrals from everyone, including:

* Clients (Self-referrals)
* Family members
* Child Safety
* NDIS Support Coordinators
* NDIS Plan Managers
* School representatives
* GPs
* Social Workers, Psychologists, & other professionals.
