Founder & Principal Therapist
I've worked in Human Services for almost 20 years and I've seen programs that work and sadly, many that don't. I want our programs to genuinely help our clients.  My studies and experience have taught me this is best achieved through a combination of strong connections and expert clinical guidance.

Countless Support workers are skilled at building bonds but often lack the clinical background and may not realise mistakes made that clients can suffer from years later. Conversely, Psychologists/
Counsellors bring clinical expertise but often don’t have the skills or invest the time needed to build a strong connections which results in poor outcomes for the client.

At Vital Insight we fill the gap, developing quality personal connections alongside expert clinical insight, promoting best outcomes for our clients.

How we work

Activity-Based Therapy

At Vital Insight we make every interaction meaningful. To do this, we get youth out of the house and facilitate activities that have significant meaning to the client.
Many youth already have an activity or sport of preference for us to actively enjoy with them. For those who don't, we help find one.

Sometimes this is slow and sometimes fast but, no matter what, we always meet the client precisely where they are in life and we are committed to making their entire journey of self discovery a fun and positive experience.
